A friend of mine has recently got back into doing tarot readings for people. She is, from personal experience, Bang On and has been doing readings for years now.

If you are interested, you can find her original journal entry Here. She simply asks that you donate whatever you believe the reading is worth/whatever you can spare.

If anyone is interested I highly recommend asking for a reading. She's damn good at what she does and she explains it in layman's terms for those of you who aren't all into the mystical aspect of the cards. No woo-woo, "The sun is in the fourth house therefore..." crap with her.

Very well worth it. (Go check her out!)

Thank you m'dear.

Just so people know, I have been reading cards for 20 years, and the readings are just for tips.
Oh, and I don't bite, except upon request and only after I know someone well enough. ;)

No problem, love. I'd meant to type this entry up as soon as you opened it up beyond Friends Only but I've been seriously slacking on the LJ front as of late, heh.

Oh. Should I have added in that anyone who requests a reading wanting to know when their True Love is going to show will be drawn and quartered after being summarily tarred and feathered, too? ::evil grin::

Heh. No. They are welcome to ask anything they want. The answers to those sorts of things often tend to move into "what you need to clean up/work on in your own life first" areas, though. Some people seem to prefer being tarred and feathered. LOL

(And I prefer keel hauling to drawing and quartering. Less clean-up.)

Heh. You have more patience than I do. But then, that's one of the reasons why I stopped reading for people, too...

Keel hauling, huh? Maybe I should give that one a try... Lol.

Strangely enough, I never get impatient about reading stuffs. Which is weird, considering I have a zero tolerance policy about so much in dealing with adults, normally. (Kids, I am also weirdly patient with. Thus all the time I spent volunteering at the school... while somehow staying sane.)

Right now, I am just *bored*. LOL
I have no readings in front of me and I am getting restless... cabin fever, I think. Must mean I am getting over the Plague.

Keel Hauling is good. Unfortunately, the only boats nearby are wee tiny lake boats. Not as satisfying.

Hey, it's about damn time if you're finally getting over it. And maybe now you're back to feeling a bit better you'll be able to do more and not be so stir-crazy...

I might have someone interested in a reading from MySpace. She asked me what was going on and wasn't sure exactly how the reading thing worked, so you may be hearing from her within the next day or so.

Keel hauling sounds like fun, but then there's always the garrote if you can't find a suitably big enough boat.
